RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

• Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
• BAR JACKS is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
• Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
• Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
• Return policy subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are not refundable

• International orders including, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other US territories, and states outside of the continental US (Alaska & Hawaii), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• To file a claim for a defective product, please fill out a claim under contact and include a description of the defect and photos showing the defective product.
